*To begin any custom design or personalization work, a $25 deposit is required.
This deposit allows us to dedicate time and creativity to your unique order - preparing design concepts, curated product selections, and packaging mockups tailored specifically for you.

Once your design is approved and your order confirmed, the $25 deposit will be fully credited toward your total purchase amount.

Please note that this deposit is non-refundable if you decide not to proceed after the design stage.
